These terms cover your use of the Evolution Detail website and the detailing services we provide in Glen Carbon, IL. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, call us at (618) 670-3277 and we will walk you through it.

Booking a service

When you book online you are requesting a drop-off time, not locking in a fixed appointment slot. We confirm the date, the time, and the exact scope of work with you first. Vehicle classes and package details are confirmed at drop-off so the price matches your specific vehicle.

Pricing and payment

Every package has a base price set by your vehicle class, and you see that number before you book. If your vehicle needs more than the package covers, we go over it with you and give you the number first, and the decision is yours. We do not add services you did not ask for once your vehicle is in the bay. Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise. Any card details shown during online booking are a preview only. We confirm final scope and payment in person.

Vehicle condition and personal items

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We take care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for items left inside. Let us know about any sensitive areas, aftermarket parts, or existing damage before we start.

If something is not right

We stand behind our work. If something is not right when you pick up your vehicle, tell us at pickup and we will put more work into the package you purchased, at no extra charge. That is continued work on that package. It is not a cash refund.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking.

Liability

We perform every detail with reasonable care using professional equipment and methods. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, wear, or damage that detailing reveals but did not cause, or for issues outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the current one, and the date above shows when it last changed.
